When are you launching?
Soon — we're finalizing our product line right now (choosing suppliers the same way we'd choose food for our own pets: slowly and suspiciously). Founding 100 members get first access before everyone else in CDO and Malaybalay.
Why GCash and card only — no COD?
Honest answer: COD parcels get refused or missed around 15% of the time, and every failed delivery makes pet food more expensive for everyone. Prepaid keeps our prices honest and our delivery fast. In return, we carry the risk — wrong or damaged item, full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Where do you deliver?
Same-day across Cagayan de Oro and Malaybalay city via local riders. Province-wide across Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon by courier, carefully packed.
